Welcome to the new Nicollet County site developed to give access to property information. Assessed values are subject to change for various reasons. Assessed values and taxable values may or may not be the same, depending on statutory exemptions.
Currently the following properties are available for viewing: Residential, Agricultural (the majority of ag land is not available at this time), Commercial and Apartments. Exempt property and cabins are not available.
